The II Global Digital Forum (GDF) will take place in Moscow from October 8 to 10 at the Mechta complex in Gorky Park. During the event, guests from 120 countries will discuss digital transformation trends, technological solutions for digital infrastructure, and opportunities for collaboration and the integration of products into national digital ecosystems.
GDF will bring together 760 representatives from Africa, Asia, the Persian Gulf, Europe and Latin America, including deputy prime ministers and ministers of digital development, along with Russian experts and high-level guests.
As a global multi-stakeholder event GDF unites numerous representatives of the private sector, as well as public sector, educational institutions, international organizations, civil society institutions, and professional associations.
The 2026 GDF program will surely be extensive and multifaceted. It will include, inter alia, a panel discussion on digital reality in culture, a workshop on integrated projects across economic sectors, an expert roundtable on global practices regarding national digitalization strategies, a panel discussion on the intellectual economy, a lecture on the digital future of the creative economy, a roundtable on AI opportunities for emerging content markets, and a visionary lecture exploring the agent economy.
This year’s event program also features new formats. Forum guests will be able to participate in the school of IT-journalism and the school for bloggers. Moreover, the Alliance for Digital Sovereignty of African Countries and the Global Alliance to Protect Children in the Digital Environment will be introduced at the forum. In total, the forum program features around 60 sessions, educational tracks, and interactive events. More than 100 agreements are expected to be signed by the end of the forum.
The II Global Digital Forum is held with the support of the Russian Government, the Ministry of Digital Development, and the Russian Foreign Ministry. Forum partners include the Moscow Government (General Partner), Bank PSB Public Joint-Stock Company (Strategic Partner), А7 Russian International Settlement System (Special Partner), VKontakte (Official Partner), Roscosmos and the TsNIIMash rocket and spacecraft scientific center (Space Partners), RIA Novosti (General Media Partner), and Kommersant Publishing House (General Information Partner). Russian companies «Positive Technologies» and «Ruwiki» are also serving as forum partners. The forum is operated by «National Priorities» and NPO «Center for Global IT-Cooperation».
